We set up, run the themed activities and then we do the clean up!
Service Description
We'll have the tables and games set up for your arrival. We will spend the first hour running your chosen theme. For the last hour you will host food, cake and presents. 1) CIRCUS THEMED PARTY Three Legged Races, Sack Races, Jumbo Bowling, Ball pits and more! 2) ARTS + CRAFTS PARTY Personalized canvas painting, figure painting, bracelet making and more! 3) GAMING PARTY Nintendo Switch - who will be the Mario Cart champion! 4) GLOW IN THE DARK VIDEO DANCE PARTY Music, glow lights and all the dancing! 5) LASER TAG PARTY Target practice, popper guns and laser guns and vests (12 available) 6) MAKE A STUFFY PARTY Guests get to pick a stuffy, stuff it, name it, love it and make a bracelet for it! 7) SPORTS PARTY Shoot some hoops, battle over a game of air hockey and more! Party Details: You have 20 minutes before your event to decorate. Please keep decorations off the walls; balloons, tablecloths, and free-standing items are welcome. Have another idea? Cancellation Policy
Cancelling and Rebooking: To receive a full refund, bookings must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance. You may reschedule your booking one time free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, in cases such as extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking is non-refundable, as we are unable to fill your reserved time slot on short notice. Decoration Guidelines: To protect our space, no pins, tape, or glue may be used on the walls. Only sticky tack is allowed for attaching decorations. Free-standing décor is welcome and encouraged. Responsibility for Damages: Any damages to The Event Loft property during your event will be the sole responsibility of the person who booked the event. We kindly ask all guests to respect the space and its furnishings. Guest Conduct Policy: The Event Loft reserves the right to ask any disrespectful, obnoxious, or rowdy guests to vacate the property immediately to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees and staff. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
