Cancellation Policy

Cancelling and Rebooking: To receive a full refund, bookings must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance. You may reschedule your booking one time free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, in cases such as extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking is non-refundable, as we are unable to fill your reserved time slot on short notice. Decoration Guidelines: To protect our space, no pins, tape, or glue may be used on the walls. Only sticky tack is allowed for attaching decorations. Free-standing décor is welcome and encouraged. Responsibility for Damages: Any damages to The Event Loft property during your event will be the sole responsibility of the person who booked the event. We kindly ask all guests to respect the space and its furnishings. Guest Conduct Policy: The Event Loft reserves the right to ask any disrespectful, obnoxious, or rowdy guests to vacate the property immediately to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees and staff. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
